The description of how these snails are cultivated sounds really awesome and intense. Before having taken the plunge last year and eaten
escargots in France, I would never have believed that snails could be any good. These, however, sound delicious!

I would visit France just to try their escargots !!
I only had them once, but they were SO good. Escargots were even available as a "frozen dinner" type food in the grocery stores there. (I'm not sure I'd try those... even thought I'm sure their fine as I witnessed French people by...) I'm not sure how escargots in Canada would compare, but I would definitely be willing to try the basil-fed ones.
